Esther is a member of DMC’s Automation<\/a> team in Chicago<\/a>. Esther graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She was introduced to the automation and controls industry through a co-op experience in motion applications, which sparked her interest in the field. During college, she took multiple PLC and Controls courses and even served as a teaching assistant. She later gained additional hands-on experience through an internship at a system integrator before starting her career as a full-time Controls Engineer. Outside of work, Esther enjoys baking\u2014especially cakes\u2014and is often the go-to person for birthday desserts. She also has a lifelong passion for horseback riding, both recreationally and competitively, which she has pursued since childhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
