Our challenge was to develop a compact medical device with a long battery life and intuitive touchscreen user interface.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>We accomplished this by tightly integrating the mechanical and electrical design process to ensure the electronics, screen, and battery fit perfectly within the injection molded plastic enclosure.
