DMC took the existing code and architecture and added increased functionality and capacity through the addition of a remote rack for the new compressor skid. DMC also developed custom locked Add-On Instructions to protect proprietary information. This allows end users to view most of the code, facilitating maintenance and troubleshooting, while protecting sensitive information.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Rockwell\u2019s Flex I\/O was used to add additional skids (controlled from the current PLC) to the existing installation via redundant ControlNet communication.
