{"id":14114,"date":"2011-03-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-03-29T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dmcinfo.com\/our-work\/high-channel-count-thermistor-simulation\/"},"modified":"2025-07-02T21:11:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T21:11:14","slug":"high-channel-count-thermistor-simulation","status":"publish","type":"our_work","link":"https:\/\/www.dmcinfo.com\/our-work\/high-channel-count-thermistor-simulation\/","title":{"rendered":"High Channel Count Thermistor Simulation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The design phase of this project started with a search for existing commercial solutions for\u00a0thermistor simulation.\u00a0 Despite working with several hardware vendors to find an affordable solution, DMC\u00a0was unable to find a system\u00a0meeting the application requirements within the\u00a0program budget.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>As a result,\u00a0DMC leveraged its printed circuit board (PCB) design and development expertise to manufacture several custom printed circuit boards to provide the required performance within the Client\u2019s budget.\u00a0These PCBs were assembled in a\u00a019&#8243; rack mount\u00a0enclosure to provide a single, compact and integrated\u00a0thermistor simulation\u00a0solution for the Client\u2019s overall data acquisition system.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Overall this custom\u00a0component approach saved our Client time, complexity, and costs over available off the shelf solutions.<!-- Removing PDF Download for now.
